BEND DOWN LOW

  • 0.75 oz Limecello, 3 slices of jalapeno, with a squeeze of honey to taste, muddle

  • 2 oz Rum

  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice

  • Fill with club soda

  • Garnish with half of a lime moon and a slice jalapeno

HOOD RIVER MOJITO

  • 5 mint leaves, 3 Oregon blackberries muddled with 0.5 Fresh lime juice, Splash of simple syrup

  • 1 oz Silver Rum

  • 0.5 oz Limecello

  • Top with club soda, and a splash of 7up

  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a thin lime peel

HEMINGWAY'S NIGHTCAP

  • 1 oz Rum

  • 1 oz Limecello

  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice

  • Garnish with a thin lime and a grapefruit peel

COMRADE TING

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 0.75 Limecello

  • Splash of Ginger Liqueur (optional)

  • Fill with ginger beer

  • Garnish with a thin lime peel (fresh grated ginger optional)

BLUEBERRY LIMEADE

  • 1 oz Blueberry Vodka

  • 0.5 oz Limecello

  • 1.5 oz Fresh lime juice

  • Garnish with some blueberries (include some muddled if desired) and a thin lime peel

PINK FLOYD CRESCENDO

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 0.5 Limecello

  • 0.5 Apple Pucker

  • 0.75 oz Fresh ruby red grapefruit juice

  • Fill with 50% 7up and 50% Club Soda Splash of cranberry juice

  • Garnish with a half lemon moon

BLOODY MARIA

  • 1.5 oz Silver Tequila

  • 1 oz Limecello

  • Fill with bloody mary mix

POLOMACELLO

  • 1 oz Silver Tequila

  • 0.5 oz Limecello

  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice

  • Garnish with a half lime moon and a small grapefruit peel

LIME IN DE COCONUT MARTINI

  • 1 oz Coconut Rum

  • 1 oz Vanilla Vodka

  • 1 oz Limecello

  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice

  • Garnish with a thin lime peel

  • 1 oz Rum (Sailor Jerry's)

  • 0.5 Limecello

  • Fill with Dr. Pepper

  • Garnish with a thin lime peel
