These are individuals who value new experiences over routine and prioritize what they consume. For them, the craft, quality ingredients, and transparent process hold significant meaning.
Essentially, we enjoy crafting beverages and spending time with friends.
A Brief History
We opened up shop in 2013 as a collaboration between a USMC veteran/Civil Engineer/entrepreneur with a dream and energy and an former boss/mentor who believed in that dream (and his energy).
We released our first bottle in April of 2014.
In 2016 we successfully raised money in a Community Public Offering that brought another 50+ investors in to the fold.
In 2020 when Covid hit, we pivoted from our normal operations and made sanitizer for a bit. That ended fairly quickly. But our Diamond Clear became a big hit.
In 2021 we bought a small still to fulfill our artisanal desire to become a full fledged distillery. We have been learning and adventuring away in the back since then. If you come by our local tasting room you’ll get to see and taste what true whiskey and other spirits are meant to taste and look like.
