WHY IS SHIPPING SO DARN EXPENSIVE?
FedEx charges a $51 hazmat fee that accounts for the majority of the shipping cost of any item. This fee is unfortunately per item and unavoidable. This fee applies to our shipping as well as our competitors. Shipping of hazmat is only available through FedEx.
The rest of the fees are standard, they go up when a signature is needed, a residential delivery is selected, and just the normal transportation fee. The fees normally waiver between $76 and $84 for a 1 gallon jug. So we just charge a flat fee for simplicity.
What is the cost of shipping a 55 gallon drum or 270 gallon tote?
Depending on where you are located in reference to us this goes up and down. A typical delivery to this side of the Rockies is around 250-350 per pallet sized order (1 barrel costs almost as much to ship as 4). The other side of the Rockies costs 350-550 all the way to the east coast. shipping also depends on whether or not you need a liftgate, appointment, or if the delivery address is residential. each “special” runs about $50.
What products do we offer?
We currently supply organic and non organic/conventional - distilled 5 times, 190 proof corn, wheat, and sugar cane ethanol. but try us, we can get most anything.
Whats the difference between Industrial and “retail” diamond clear?
Taxes
Retail Diamond clear is sold in liquor stores and is subject to state liquor tax and federal excise tax.
Industrial diamond clear is considered a crafting component by the state and isn’t subject to state taxes but is still subject to federal excise tax.
Shipping
Retail diamond clear is unable to be shipped due to its nature of being subject to state alcohol taxes and federal laws.
industrial diamond clear can be shipped anywhere that is allowable by law as long as it is packaged and shipped according to usdot hazmat shipping procedures.
Actual material differences
zero, retail and industrial are identical.
Allowable uses
Retail can be used for anything including drinking.
Industrial can be used for anything but drinking.

1 Gallon Jugs
We supply our ethanol in plastic 1 gallon jugs. We know there is a preference for glass out there. However during covid we were making sanitizer and we ended up with a few thousand plastic jugs at the end. we feel it is more responsible to use them rather than deposit them unused in a landfill. we ask for your assistance in responsibly using these resources.
5 Gallon Pails
We supply 5 gallon buckets with resealable reike pour spouts.
55 Gallon Drum
We supply closed top style poly drums with 2 bungholes.
270 Gallon Totes
We supply poly totes with metal stackable cages. They have pour spouts and a large screw cap on the top. So you can pull from the top or raise them with a forklift and pull from the spout.
Do we provide competitive pricing?
if someone else is offering lower just bring the price to us and we will take a look.
