Sale Manager Position Available
Crescendo is in need of a person with proven sales experience. Preferably sales experience in the spirits or alcohol industry, but not required.
The candidate will exhibit strong traits of initiative, discipline, ability to work on their own, people skills, honesty, strong communication skills, and leadership. (not limited too)
The candidate also has to be able to diagnose a situation and break down data using tools provided by the company. They have to be able to develop marketing plans and effectively execute them. They will be able to utilize CRM software, MS office, and different web services provided. Documentation is a must for this position as each contact will be entered into our CRM software documenting your progress.
Example of tasks
Documenting and entering documentation into CRM Software
Utilizing state software to find trends and weak points in our sales points
Performing tastings at events and various locations
Developing distribution in other states and Oregon.
Maintaining current relationships
Managing tasting personnel in other locations
Occasional travel to develop relationships
Developing marketing plans
Communicating efforts and ideas with the company president.
Initial evaluation of a candidate will be over a 3 month period to ensure a good fit.
Position includes a company car, credit card, laptop, cell phone, and other tools needed to complete your tasks.
Salary based upon experience.
The spirits industry is tough and exciting. Crescendo is a growing presence in the marketplace. We are currently distributed in OR, WA, CA, CO, NV. We are sold in multiple retail locations including Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, and 160+ stores in Oregon. We offer high quality organic spirits such as our Vodka, and citrus liqueurs.
Crescendo is young with less than 5 years in the marketplace but we are poised to grow exponentially with the right Sales Manager. Success will be rewarded as our sales volume increases.
